Q: How exactly do you say the name of your shop, Gyftz?

A: It's funny, because people ALWAYS ask this. It is actually pretty simple: Gyftz is pronounced  GIFTS /'gifts/.  

Q: Where is Gyftz located? 

A: Gyftz is located in New Smyrna Beach, Florida off Flagler Avenue. We are about an hour from Orlando, Florida, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, Florida, and MINUTES from the beach. Our shop is next to the Mexican Irish restaurant, called Clancy's Cantina and a sweet lil' bed and breakfast called Inn On The Avenue. 

Q: What is Gyftz phone number and store hours? 

A: Our shop phone number is 386-409-9336, and our regular business hours are Mon.-Sat. 10:30am to 5:30pm and Sunday's 12-4pm. 

Q: How often do you update your online store? 

A: We try and keep it as fresh as possible... always! We get new product/refills in almost weekly, so it's a nonstop process and we love it! 

Q: Do you carry any local made, or made in the USA product? 

A: Of course! We currently have a few watercolor painting artists, a couple of sewing artists, a sculpture artist, a wood worker, and a few book writers/illustrators. We are always looking for local artists to add to our shop. If interesting in selling in NSB, FL reach out to us! We normally buy from our artists works, or work on a commission basis with them. 

Q: How do I purchase a gift (Gyftz) certificate online? 

A: Use the search bar up top to look up "Gyftz Gift Certificate," click "add to cart," purchase gift certificate online, and then you will be sent a unique code through your email that will have the purchase amount of your gift certificate you purchased. Gyftz Certificates will not be taxed, and can be given in any amount with NO expiration date.

Q: How do I purchase a gift (Gyftz) certificate in the store?

A: You would purchase a gift certificate like you would any other merchandise in the store. You will be given a gift certificate (card and blank envelope) to personal and give as a Gyftz from you! Gyftz Certificates will not be taxed, and given in any amount with NO expiration date. 

Q: How do I track my online order?

A: Orders placed online will take around two weeks to be delivered to you. You will be sent a tracking number through your email you provided during registering for our site/check out. 

Q: What happens if my order is damaged when received at my shipping address?  

A: Oh no! While we package our goods with the most love and tender care (lots of packing tape, bubble wrap, tissue, etc.) we hope this never happens to you. We do understand it does happen. If damage occurs to your product please report this as soon as possible to the store manager, David Ferris at DFerris@gyftz.com. In the email to David, write the title of email: "DAMAGED PRODUCT: (ORDER NUMBER HERE)" with photos of damaged goods as proof of damage and an explanation of how damage was discovered (example: damage was caused from broken box, missing item, etc.). Most packages come insured through our shop, because a lot of our items can not be replaced (even when a refund is given). We will ONLY provide full refunds (product, tax, and shipping) if the damage is reported within 48 HOURS after product has be delivered. *We will refer to tracking code sent when your order was sent to make sure it was delivered within those 48 hours after delivery.    

Q: Is there a refund policy for online orders? 

A: Yes, there is a refund policy for ONLY online orders. We understand any product online might not look exactly the same online as it does in person. If you are completely unsatisfied with your order AND it remains in PERFECT CONDITION (in the original packaging, original tags and labels attached) and UNUSED we will gladly accept your return and send you a full refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our store in New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32169. Once item(s) are received back to our store, we will send you your FULL refund of returned item(s). Most banks process debt/credit card refunds in 2-5 business (week) days.  

Q: Is there a refund policy for in-store orders? 

A: No, there is NOT a refund policy in-store at Gyftz for orders. The reason for this is because our hard working shop associates work on commission + hourly. The commissions they earn come from sales they work each day with product customers purchase. We will gladly offer an in store credit/a gift certificate that you may use the same day or to put away for a later date in the returned amount of merchandise; OR an exchange can be done the same day while the remaining balance paid off the same day as well.
